We source a variety of breads from an old school bakery in Detroit, along with Zingerman’s Bakehouse in Ann Arbor. Deli meats, cheeses and vegetables are sliced fresh, with beef patties and chicken breasts grilled over fire.

Did you know?  We source all of our ground beef from local markets, Prime Cuts of Jackson and Merindorf Meats of Mason.

Our all-new Reuben sandwich is made with America’s very best rye from Zingerman’s Bakehouse. These loaves of rugged rye are dense and springy, laced with the taste of hearth smoke.
