Jackson Location

The Upper K seats up to 25 guests comfortably in the contemporary yet rustic lounge featuring a projector with presentation capabilities, temperature and sound control, and your own private servers to cater to your group’s every need.


Mason Location

The Mezz seats up to 40 guests comfortably in a modern yet authentic lounge. Featuring presentation capabilities, temperature, and sound control, and your own private servers to cater to your group’s every need.



How far out can I book?

We allow our guests to book up to 180 days in advance from the current date.

 Our minimum booking lead time is 7 days. If you would like to book less than 7 days ahead of time, please contact the location you are inquiring about and leave a message.

Can I preorder food?

Yes, we offer the option to request pre-ordering when you place your reservation. Please check out our menu options and one of our staff members will email you 5 days prior to your reservation to get your order.

Can I bring outside food?

No outside food can be brought in without management’s prior approval. However, cakes or other desserts may be brought in with no additional cost.

Can I Decorate?

Decorations are welcome, however please refrain from pinning or hanging anything on the walls unless secured with scotch tape. Tinsel, confetti, and glitter are not permitted and will result in a $50 cleanup fee if used.

Gratuity & Tax

A 20% service gratuity is added to the final bill for all food and beverage purchases.
In addition, there is a 6% sales tax included on the bill unless you have a tax-exempt card.

Reservation Payment

Payment for the room reservation is due immediately and can be paid for with a debit or credit card. All tax is included, and this payment covers the room rental only, food and beverage is extra.

Food & Beverage Payment (In Store)

Food and beverage payment is due at the conclusion of your event. We are able to split your final bill into a maximum of six checks, one form of payment per check. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Event Timing

We ask that your event starts and ends on time . We offer a 15-minute grace period before and after your reservation. You will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes that you stay.

Is it possible to preview the space?

Yes, please fill out the contact form found here, and let us know you’d like to come preview the space. A staff member will be in touch soon.


Our private dining spaces are on a second story and only accessible by stairs. Currently we do not have an elevator option for these spaces. 


You are responsible for any damage to Klavon’s properties that occurs due to your group’s negligence. 

Projection System

Our presentation system allows you to share the screen of your laptop to all TV’s in the space via Wi-Fi. All you need to bring is your laptop and charger. Windows and MacOS Supported – instructions provided.

Additional Time

Additional time should be pre-purchased when you reserve our spaces. Requests for additional time while your party is ongoing cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on staff approval.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation 6 days prior to the date of your event with no charge. If you request a cancellation within 6 days you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $100, and your refund will reflect that. Refunds will not be given for additional time purchased that is not used.

Inclement Weather

If Klavon’s is forced to close due to inclement weather for any reason on the day of your reservation or your group is unable to safely attend due to inclement weather, your reservation fee will be fully refunded unless you would like to reschedule.
