All base room bookings include 2 hours of time, additional time can be purchased in hour increments. Food and beverage not included. A 20% large-party service gratuity is added to the final bill for all food and beverage purchases. Please Note: Due to the enormous amount of bookings during the month of December, base room prices increase $100.
